The person building Prime Shine

A fresh start.
A serious work ethic.

Prime Shine is a new, owner-led exterior cleaning company founded by Drake Morris in Kankakee, Illinois.

Our story

Not a polished legend written years later—just the honest beginning of a local business.

Drake wanted to build a future on his own terms.

Before Prime Shine, Drake Morris worked in fast food. He knew that world was not the future he wanted, so he saved, stepped out, and started a service business of his own.

The reason was practical and personal: create a path forward while helping people take care of their homes and businesses. Drake brings one year of exterior cleaning experience to Prime Shine. Three months into the company, he works with one other crew member and stays directly involved in the conversations, estimates, and scheduled work.

The goal is to grow Prime Shine on a larger scale. That growth has to begin with clear scopes, honest expectations, useful communication, and a local track record built one property at a time.

What Prime Shine is building around

Standards customers can see.

A new company earns trust by being specific about the work, realistic about results, and reachable when a customer has a question.

01

Look before cleaning

Material, age, damage, stain type, access, and drainage influence the method.

02

Explain the scope

Customers should know what is included, what preparation is needed, and what may remain.

03

Protect the surroundings

Openings, movable items, landscaping, traffic areas, and runoff belong in the work plan.

04

Finish the conversation

The completed scope is reviewed, and visible conditions outside the work can be pointed out.

Experience, stated accurately

No borrowed history. No inflated résumé.

  • Three months in business

Prime Shine openly states where it is today instead of presenting a longer history.

  • Two-person crew

The current team is small, and Drake remains directly involved as owner and founder.

  • Eight defined service pages

Each page explains preparation, tools, fit, limitations, local conditions, and FAQs.

  • Real contact information

Phone, email, hours, Kankakee service area, and Google listing are published consistently.
